Why is the battlefield at Little Bighorn so unique?

I know a guy who is going to the battlefield of the Batttle at Little Bighorn. Before he left he asked my friends and I, besides the hge Custer defeat, why is Little Bighorn so unique? Why is it so different from other battlefields? Anyone know? Why is the battlefield at Little Bighorn so unique?
Because it represented a very rare and very complete defeat for the U.S. Army against Native American's.Why is the battlefield at Little Bighorn so unique?
Its the first battle field that the PC liberals, got named for the enemy, instead of the US soldiers.

It used to be named Custer Battlefield National Monument

But the liberals wanted the indians recognized and got the name changed to Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument

2. Whats next, changing the name of the alamo to the mexican victory memorial ???Why is the battlefield at Little Bighorn so unique?
The bodies were buried where they were found?
I'm not really so sure that it is unique at all. There have been numerous times when a inferior military force has defeated a more modern one. There have also been plenty of killed-to-the-last-man battles.
