I used to play battlefield 1942 (with desert combat mod) and Vietnam. Are any of the later versions similar to these. Explicitly am I able to play single player on one of the maps against bots without being constrained to a set game plan as I was able to in 1942 and Vietnam.How has the battlefield series changed since 1942/vietnam?
no.....Dice has gotten rid of the Bot system. The single player storys are good accept for the new Battlefield 3 story....thats just crap. Multiplayer is LEAGUES better
