Not too sure about the actual character models, but these guys have put together an AMAZING (for pay) guide that covers everything about BATTLEFIELD 3. It's worth spending a few bucks on for the domination that will ensue.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, tho, I don';t think the guide comes with character models. (It does have a kitchen sink, tho.)
