How does when become a battle Field correspondent and or battlefield photographer in the Marine Corp?

I have asked this question before but I am interested in the Marine Corp only. I have heard that the Marine Corp has battlefield photographers and journalists, how does one become one? Another thing can a photojournalist right his own articles as well?How does when become a battle Field correspondent and or battlefield photographer in the Marine Corp?
Combat Photo is one possible MOS (Military Operational Specialty) that one can be assigned out of Boot Camp. Talk to your recruiter for more information. Realize however that not all of their work is glamorous or exciting. They do a great deal of fairly boring work as well.How does when become a battle Field correspondent and or battlefield photographer in the Marine Corp?
